Overall Job Function: Optimizes the store’s selling by providing the customer with a pleasant shopping experience, including providing customers with garment options and direct service.
Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
Customer Service
- Provides excellent direct and indirect customer service according to H&M standards and meets the 5 basic demands on the selling floor, in the fitting room and at the cash point
- Answers phones courteously and promptly
Job Knowledge
- Actively works with garments, including processing, stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, display and merchandising per H&M guidelines to maximize selling opportunities
- Rings on the register, reports and handles all required transactions, issues receipts and packs merchandise
- Unloads delivery truck, receives, opens and unpacks merchandise and labels merchandise with security tags
Efficiency
- Executes reductions, price changes, transfers and cash register routines
- Utilizes established H&M policies and procedures to assist in loss prevention and safety for the store and partners with store management as needed
Team Player
- Works effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, cash point, fitting rooms and stockroom are clean and well maintained per H&M’s store standards
- Adheres to H&M values and internal standards policies, and procedures contained in the H&M Employee Handbook

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- 6 months of experience in customer service, retail industry preferred
- Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc) for a short distance
- Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool

Job Description
A Shipping Coordinator contacts, negotiates, documents, and schedules shipping companies. Will plan and coordinate the daily picking and shipping of domestic and export orders. Will use system tools to make shipping transactions and research shipping claims. Communication and problem solving of discrepancies in processes, parts, and/or equipment operation is needed to continuously improve operations. High level of customer service. This position includes all of the following abilities and responsibilities.
Required Abilities and Responsibilities:
1) Plan, organize, and direct daily work activities using workload reports (primarily picking and shipping).
2) Contacts shipping companies and uses the most cost effective shipping methods.
3) Assists in development of domestic and export packaging requirements.
4) Communicates material shortages and coordinates completion of orders through purchasing and manufacturing.
5) Completes paperwork transactions and locates parts in appropriate places.
6) Produces shipping documents for internal customers and shipping companies
7) Schedules pick up of parts, express mail, and custom orders.
Requests and maintains inventory of required materials and tooling as needed
9) Selects correct tools and ensures tools are calibrated when required
10) Reads and Follows Work Instructions
11) Reads and interprets documents for accuracy and communicates discrepancies to appropriate personnel
12) Identifies and repairs quality defects and takes appropriate action using established methods
13) Fills out Maintenance Work Requests as required
14) Utilizes working time effectively
15) Demonstrates flexibility by actively pursuing opportunities to learn new areas and responsibilities
16) Assist in the training of others.
17) Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
18) Required to work overtime as scheduled and approved by Department Supervisor or Manager.
19) Able to stand and walk as needed for entire shift

Knowledge/Skills/Experience;
Required;
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Able to read, speak, and write in English.
Ability to become licensed internally to operate all equipment, including but not limited to fork trucks, order pickers, reach trucks, and overhead crane.
Desired;
Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse environment.
Warehouse management systems experience, in particular SAP.
Familiarity with medium and high voltage parts.
Advanced computer skills.

Job Description
Position will be responsible for scheduling resources for small scale, quick turn projects in support of the Asset Services business area. Projects typically include substation retrofits, replacement breakers, control upgrades, and switchgear modifications.
Specific tasks:
• Schedule field technicians and engineers required to execute project orders matching personnel’s skills matrix with the skills required to execute the scope of work.
• Communicate with customer, regional service managers, manufacturing, and field personnel to ensure schedule is aligned with customer expectations and equipment delivery dates
• Utilize and maintain online scheduling tools to keep entire organization informed on schedule status.
• Take responsibility for tooling and test equipment logistics, required to support field activities
• Communicate with Siemens factories to schedule arrival of equipment and supporting documentation in order to schedule field service work.
• Arrange for local support, such as rental companies and contractors, for field projects.
Position will require:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adherence to established Siemens Project Management processes
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to communicate transparently and utilize IT tools to communicate in a shared environment
• Familiarity with power circuit breakers and switchgear is desirable.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel
• Prior experience with a resource scheduling software a plus
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a program leading to a Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
• Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must have authorization to work in the US permanently without sponsorship.
Time Commitment
